Important Notice regarding fraudulent statements of third parties claiming to act on our behalf

Further to a number of calls and e-mails received from various investors, we hereby inform any interested person that persons fraudulently presenting themselves as our officers or representatives may have been contacting investors, claiming that AXIA can help them recover amounts lost in online trading activities and/or that AXIA will provide them with online trading services. Such persons may have been requesting the deposit/transfer of money in relation with the above stated activities in accounts that do not belong to AXIA, may have used falsified documents bearing our logo or may have made any other statement or allegation in order to convince the recipients of the communication. Such representations, if any, are absolutely false and are not coming from AXIA or from any partner, affiliate, officer or employee of AXIA. Please be aware that AXIA does not provide any kind of money recovery services nor any kind of online trading services to any person. AXIA provides investment services mainly targeted to institutional clients and does not solicit individual investors. AXIA will never send unsolicited communication to individual investors and will never request the deposit or transfer of money to any bank account. Officers and representatives of AXIA communicate with clients and any other third party exclusively through their official e-mail addresses (i.e. name of the person followed by “@axiavg.com” without any other suffix) and through the official telephone lines stated on our website. No person from AXIA will communicate with any investor by using an e-mail account provided by other sources. In the event that any person contacting you claims to be a member of AXIA’s management or personnel or a person connected with AXIA in any other way whatsoever, you are strongly advised to contact us immediately to confirm the authenticity of the communication. Please also consult the announcements of our supervisory authority, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission in order to be aware of similar fraud schemes (https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/public-info/warnings/cysec/) as well as the relevant webpage of the capital markets regulating authority of your home country.
